Why Four Sites or Apps?

Can I Test Changes Before They Go Live?

Yes. Every site includes one-click staging. We clone your live site to a private staging copy where you can safely test updates, a new plugin or a full redesign, then push it live in a single click. We take a complete snapshot first and can roll it back instantly if anything looks off, and it works for WordPress, Laravel and static sites alike.

Do You Keep WordPress Updated for Me?

We do. LastHost keeps WordPress core, your plugins and your themes up to date for you, so there's no pile of update notices waiting when you log in. Before every update we back your site up and run a quick health check, and if an update ever breaks something we roll it straight back and let you know. You stay current and secure without lifting a finger.

What if I have unique or more specific needs?

Don't worry, we know there are clients with well-known special needs due to edge-case massive traffic or performance requirements. This is usually rare but exceptional support is what we deliver and we will absolutely work with you to increase server resources as needed. Our real-time monitoring will also identify any issues with servers and allow us to help you scale and curb issues in real-time.

How does your SLA work?

Your sites + apps mean the world to your business, clients and passions. We absolutely understand this and will do whatever it takes to keep them online and at their best. Period. Our standard support ticket turnaround time is always three hours at maximum for Production issues.

We do offer a Premier Tier of SLA for mission-critical sites + apps that includes 30 minute response times for Production Down issues and one hour for Production Impaired issues. The added cost for this starts at $100/mo additional. To request this post-purchase, simply submit a ticket from your LastHost management account, otherwise you can submit a contact request for more information at any time.

Do you offer development services or build services?

Absolutely! One thing we've learned is that the people who build websites + applications come and go but they'll always need updates, fixes and feature additions regardless. We have a team of WordPress, PHP and Linux experts that can work on nearly anything. Whether it's site updates to images and copy, adding a newsletter subscription form or building an entirely new area of your project, we have your back!
